This Privacy Policy explains how Inkwell Solutions LLC ("Inkwell Solutions", "we", "us") handles information in connection with this website and our software products, including Crak Dot Bam and Adventure Math.
This website. We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to browse this site. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless service that does not use tracking cookies, collect personal information, or track you across sites. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.
Our apps. The information each app collects is described in that app's store listing and in-app disclosures, and summarized below.
Crak Dot Bam. To use Crak Dot Bam you sign in with an email address. You can optionally choose a display name and connect with other players as friends. The app also records how you use it, including your gameplay and in-app activity, which powers the statistics shown to you in the app and helps us understand and improve how the app works. We use this information to operate and improve Crak Dot Bam, and we do not sell it.
Adventure Math. Adventure Math is currently in private beta and is not yet generally available. We will publish its specific data practices here, and in its App Store and Google Play listings, before any public release.
We use information to operate and improve our website and apps, to respond to your messages, and to keep our services secure. We do not sell your personal information.
We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as hosting and analytics, if used), and where required by law. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
We take children's privacy seriously. Crak Dot Bam is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. Adventure Math is designed for children and is currently in private beta; it is not yet available to the public. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through our publicly available products. Before Adventure Math is released to the public, we will align its data practices with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the children's policies of the App Store and Google Play, and we will update this policy to state exactly what information it does and does not collect. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at [email protected] and we will delete it.
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to request deletion, subject to applicable law.
We may update this policy. When we do, we will revise the effective date above.
